Add serious power to your truck with the ROUSHcharger® Kit (with Intercooler). This Ford F-150 supercharger kit adds 145 hp and 143 lb-ft of torque at the flywheel to 2004-2008 Ford F-150 and Lincoln Mark LT trucks with the 5.4L (3V) engines, and works with both 4x2 and 4x4 models. This kit will bring the new total power of your engine to 445 hp and 500 ft-lb of torque.
This system has been extensively dyno tested and unit comes complete with all necessary hardware, brackets, fasteners and instructions with an estimated installation time of ten hours.
Main components of this blower kit include a ROUSH® M112 Roots-style supercharger, intake manifold, air-to-water intercooler system, high-flow fuel injectors and induction system. In addition to this hardware, the key to maximizing performance is the upgraded ROUSH PCM calibration. ROUSHcharger owners must ship their PCM unit to ROUSH Performance for the necessary calibration. This kit also features the "ROUSH" logo, showing that serious performance lies within when you raise your hood.
The intercooled F-150 ROUSHcharger fits all 2004-2008 model year trucks (2- and 4-wheel drives) equipped with the 5.4L, 3-valve modular engine, and will is legal in all 50 states. Once installed, the unit is protected by the industry’s leading warranty which covers the balance on Ford’s 3 year/36,000 mile factory drivetrain backing, or 1 year on ROUSH components for trucks already beyond this level.
